The poster session will take place in the hall of the Arts Millenium Building. There is an RDF file with the same information available as well.
Contact Andreas Harth if you want to give a demo at FOAF Galway, or just add your demo to this wiki page.
[edit] FOAFNet
Marc Canter
FOAFnet is a consortium of commercial software vendors utilizing FOAF initially for the purposes of inter-change of entire social networks. This requires defining a specific sub-set of FOAF vocabulary and a set of user-interface guidelines. A roadmap has been created to map out the next few iterations - to expand the FOAF vocabulary and the initial functions of the standard.

[edit] FOAF-Realm - control your friends' access to resources
Sebastian Kruk
I would like to show how to implement org.apache.catalina.Realm (realm control class for Tomcat 5.0+) and base this implementation on FOAF. I will show how to protect access to resources in J2EE web application by setting minimal level of acquittance between person who wants to access the resources and the owner. I will propose extension to FOAF that reifies statement :A foaf:knows :B, providing friendship level between A and B. I would also like to talk about some security issues that IMHO are weak points of FOAFRealm and FOAF itself.
