Yes, I wavered over this. I think the intent of the community who wrote the text here is pretty open (generally into open standards, open data exchange, open source etc). However the wiki lived for 6 years without any explicit license terms, so I'm not totally comfortable assigning terms to the content retrospectively. Suggestions welcomed.
