Hay. Have been thinking about foaf for a while

I think something like this was partly implemented in peoplefinder.org during katrina hurricane - or do I remember correctly?

I see Julian Bond is in this community - HI Julian - also a couple of people I have come across before in the cyberworld

I am thinking about using foaf as a schema for disaster and emergency not sure if it can be extended to support privacy
